This Site is controlled and operated by MAXXSTONE from its offices in Singapore. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws in Singapore, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of Singapore. These Terms are severable, such that the invalidity, in whole or part, of any term or provision contained herein shall not affect the validity of any other term or provision contained herein. Any such invalid term or provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. No failure or delay by MAXXSTONE in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver of such right and any written waiver in a given instance shall not be deemed to be a continuing waiver of any such right. All waivers by MAXXSTONE must be embodied in a written document signed by MAXXSTONE. You agree that any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site, the Contents, or the information contained therein must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises.
